Noortech wins Saudi Customs' biometric access control project

The project expects completion in two weeks and is located at one of Saudi Customs' facilities in Riyadh.

Mr. Waheeb Khateeb, a systems consultant at Noortech who negotiated the deal explains, 'Given the fact that this is yet another repeated order from such a distinguished government entity is a valuable endorsement for our relentless efforts to adhere to the highest standards of service.'

He added that in addition to the Saudi Customs, Noortech is being retained by a growing number of government and private sector bodies to cater to their physical security systems needs.

Hani Bakr, Executive Director of Noortech said, 'We are quite pleased that Noortech continues to be recognized as a distinguished systems supplier in a sector where reliability is crucial.'

Mr. Bakr added that by next year, Noortech would complete ten years in the security systems field. By capitalizing on the growing recognition of its products and services, the company has been expanding its market base.

'We are preparing to meet the growing demand for our services by hiring additional security specialists and training our existing staff. A couple of our engineers have just returned from Slovenia where they have gone through an intensive technical work-shop on security systems over IP networks the training was conducted by our partner and supplier Spica International.'

By collaborating with leading consultants, the company's business development staff have also been attending training courses in Cairo and in Dubai on customer service and relationship management.

Mr. Bakr said, 'We deal with very demanding customers, and we need to continuously develop and improve our knowledge and expertise to rise up to our customers expectations.'
