Metamorphosis 2008 started with Professor Kim Chan's examples of how successful businesses captured uncontested market space, and continued with Professor George Yip's keynote on 'Serving Global Customer & Strategic Transformation'.
The scope of this event is to create a powerful networking and learning event between Etisalat and global leaders. This dual purpose has great impact in increasing the interest for continues learning and improvements as well as changing the mindsets toward globalization strategies.

'This annual event has now become one of the most important gatherings for the regional and international Etisalat staff, It was a great opportunity to experience and share knowledge, ideas and expertise. The development of Human Resources is one of the key factors that contributes to the progress and success of any organization. Metamorphosis is proving to be valuable in helping out staff become great leaders'.
This significant event celebrated another milestone for the graduation of Etisalat's staff among the 'Young Professionals Program' in admin and clerical positions.
Also, the event celebrated those secondees who've been part of the set-up phase of Etisalat international subsidiaries and are participants of the corporate strategic development programs.
During the event the career development and succession planning department demonstrated the achievements of previous programs including the accomplishments from the professional future leaders programs that focused on middle managers in the organization.
Participants also showed great improvements for the past two years and are about to earn a charted Manger Diploma for the professionals and a Master Degree for the experts by the end of 2008.
Metamorphosis 2008 witnessed for the first time the participation of executives from all Etisalat international subsidiaries making the event, the biggest and most interesting networking event in Etisalat.
The event also witnessed the graduation of the first batch of the senior staff enrolled in the 'Future Leaders Program', and the launch of the new program Executive Strategic Development Agenda that aims at enhancing the operations for both employees and customers in order to improve the corporate overall strategy.
