UAE company wins e-Learning Award

The awards ceremony took place at the SkillSoft Global Sales Meeting GSM in February 2008 in Orlando Florida USA.

The "SkillSoft Partner and Sales Manager of the Year" awards are based on the partner's or individual's revenue growth and renewal rates as well as a number of other criteria, such as new customers, business size, cross-selling and up-selling, payment history and effective Marketing activities.

Due to the NETg acquisition, SkillSoft added a number of new partner companies in the past year. Naturally, these partners first had to get acquainted with the SkillSoft product portfolio and business methodologies. Therefore, SkillSoft decided not to award the title "SkillSoft Partner Company of the Year" as it would have been unfair to our new partners striving to get up-to-speed with all the news products. The award "Sales Manager of the Year" went ahead as usual though. In the coming year, with most of the integration efforts successfully completed, SkillSoft look forward to having both awards again.

During the year Paul has also successfully expanded his sales team, managed them through our sales certification process so that they can continue to be perfectly placed for future growth.

Xpert Learning have now been partners to Skillsoft for five years and Paul was one of their founders. Paul also won the sales person of the year award in 2005. As a company, Xpert Learning have also won "EMEA partner of the Year" in 2006 and "International Partner of the Year" in 2007. Xpert Learning has grown at a very rapid rate over the last 5 years and Paul has been instrumental in that process.
