Gulf Hotel gets $21m investment

Gulf Hotels Group is investing BD8m ($21.2m) on hotel facilities in Bahrain. It will build a multi-storey car park with over 600 bays and 7,000 sq/m of office space next to the Gulf Hotel in the kingdom. Currently the hotels suffers from a lack of available parking when busy. It also wants to tap into the growing demand for office space. Work will start in April and is expected to take just over a year.
