In his opening speech at the launch event, HH Sheikh Hamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince's Court, said: "The launch of the Abu Dhabi Contact Centre is a fulfillment of the vision of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, and will help in further enhancing our government services offering. This will translate to the effective realization of other emirate goals such as achieving economic growth, improving infrastructure and providing a secure environment, all in support of a society in which health, education, social and other sector services are elevated to world class levels thereby increasing the competitive advantage of the emirate of Abu Dhabi."

HE Rashed Al Mansoori, ADSIC Chairman, highlighted in his speech that "the Contact Centre epitomizes the teamwork across all Abu Dhabi Government Entities and will provide a central access point to all our customers. The 24X7 Contact Centre will provide a vast array of services, ranging from extending information about the location and working hours of our various departments to details about documentation requirements, government procedures, applicable laws, visa regulations etc."

Going forward, the Government will continue to evaluate usage and service levels of the Contact Centre on an ongoing basis to further improve its services, support in improving Government services in general, and help maximize value-added customer-centricity.
