Dubai Properties said its Dhs3bn Executive Towers, located in Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road is nearing completion. Handover date is anticipated during the fourth quarter of 2008. The project has 11 buildings, which include nine residential units, the Aspect Tower, and the Business Bay Hotel.
