Jumeirah Golf contracts awarded

Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai has awarded two building contracts for the first phase of its development. ANC Contracting will build 99 villas within the Flame Tree Ridge community and 66 villas in the Fireside community. It has already started preparatory work. Al Naboodah Laing O' Rourke is building the Whispering Pines cottages and casitas, the Norman Clubhouse and ancillary buildings. Foundation work has also begun for the latter projects.
