Four Seasons Golf Club wins at Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards

Quattro, the fine dining restaurant at Four Seasons Golf Club Dubai Festival City, has won Best Italian Restaurant in the recent Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards, 2008.

The highly-coveted awards celebrate the variety and excellence of cuisine in Dubai. They pinpoint Dubai's top-notch culinary outlets and are completely impartial, selected by Time Out Dubai's professional and experienced editorial team.

Quattro was opened in May 2007 and serves a wide range of Italian cuisine. The restaurant's Chef, Emiliano Bernasconi, and his team prepare authentic delicacies with distinctive regional flavours of Lombardia, Piemonte, Toscana, Emilia Romagna and Veneto. An equally comprehensive beverage list is also on offer. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the club house with stunning views of the 18th hole and cascading waterfalls. It also offers outdoor dining, located on the picturesque terrace.

Club Chef, Emiliano Bernasconi was delighted when he heard the news of Quattro's triumph, he says, "These awards signify a great achievement and I am especially proud of the Four Seasons Golf Club's culinary team. This is fantastic recognition for our hard work over the past year."

The Time Out Dubai Restaurant Awards took place on March 25 where Quattro also received a high commendation in the Best Newcomer category.
