Air Arabia takes off for New Delhi

Air Arabia, the first and largest low-cost carrier (LCC) in the Middle East and North Africa, today launched non-stop service between Sharjah, the carrier's hub, and New Delhi, the capital of India. Flights will occur daily.
Everyday flights will depart Sharjah at 09:55AM and arrive New Delhi at 14:30PM. Return flights will depart New Delhi at 15:15PM and arrive in Sharjah at 17:00PM.
"Since introducing the low-cost carrier concept to the Middle East and North Africa in October 2003, we have firmly established a leadership role in these vibrant markets," Nizar added. "By continuing to provide regional travelers with the broadest destination choices at the most competitive fares, Air Arabia demonstrates its commitment to making air travel accessible to everyone. The launch of service to New Delhi is in line with that vision".
In addition to New Delhi, Air Arabia also offers service to the Indian cities of Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Jaipur, Kochi, Kozhikode (formerly known as Calicut), Mumbai, Nagpur and Thiruvananthapuram.
