Al Qasba hosts renowned Italian artists' exhibition for the first time in the UAE

The exhibition that started March 18 is being held at Maraya Al Qasba- Gallery until March 31 from 10 a.m to 10 p.m.

Arte Italiana exhibition displays some remarkable artworks of a number of talented Italian including Renza Tarantino, Michella Corbo, Javino Janao, Roberto Mirani, Bruno Minigelli, Michael Angelo Galiani and Sandro Lorenzini are participating in the prestigious event.

The exhibition includes over 140 paintings, photographs, and sculptures of 25 artists from Italy who have used different materials, objects and themes to make their artworks unique.

Dina Al Nakhi, events manager of the Al Qasba Development Authority remarked upon the importance of such events that help build the cultural gaps that exist in the current world. She also stated that visitors are welcome to meet the some of the artists in person to discuss their artworks during the course of the exhibition.

Al Nakhi, said, "It is our pleasure to bring together such famous artists and their varied talents to one destination. Living up to our promises, Arte Italiana is yet another example of the unique events we have in our platter for our visitors at Al Qasba.

"Not only does this event provide the artists a platform to display their works in this part of the world, but it also provides art lovers as well as the general public in the UAE a rare opportunity to observe the works of the famous artists and interact with them in person during the course of the exhibition."
