Hydra Properties' CEO ranks 16th in 2008 list of Most Influential Arabs

According to the 2008 list announced recently, Hydra's CEO is the second highest riser on the list jumping a staggering 61 places. This ranking comes in comparison to last years list where Dr. Al Fahim ranked 77th.

Dr. Sulaiman Al Fahim, Chief Executive Officer, Hydra Properties, said:

Since its recent inception in 2006, Dr. Al Fahim has lead Hydra Properties to become one of the region's fastest growing property companies, with major projects underway within the UAE, the GCC and worldwide.

Talking about the formula behind his success, Dr. Al Fahim said, 'The secret is that you not only have to be different, unique and innovative in what you offer, but you must also excel in every aspect of your business. You have to be very good at everything you do'.

In an official statement announcing the Power 100 list, the magazine said: 'If you haven't heard of Hydra then you haven't been living on earth. The company's brand has become one of the best known in the region, thanks to a raft of new projects and sponsorship of several community and sports projects'.

Dr. Al- Fahim's vision is not to just to build blocks made out of concrete but to engage the human factor in property development. For all of Hydra's properties have a human twist and angle to them.

This can be exemplified in one of hydra's many projects; Eve's tower which is a tower solely dedicated to women entrepreneurs.

It is also worthy to note that Dr. Al Fahim was the winner of last year's CEO Middle East Awards as Visionary of the year, and was chosen for his forward-thinking vision, and having the far sight of knowing where his company will be in the future.
