Nuqul Group signs CSR project

As part of the Group's community development in Al Koura, Nuqul Group has recently signed an agreement with JOHUD/ ZENID to conduct needs assessment in the District.

The assessment will focus on the needs, challenges faced, along with future expectations and priorities.

The objective of the assessment is to highlight and prioritize the needs of one of the poverty pockets in the Kingdom by applying the participatory rapid appraisal to be implemented by Johud on behalf of Nuqul Group.

On this occasion Nuqul Group's CEO, Mr. Nidal Eses said: 'Nuqul Group's needs assessment will serve our adopted community in Al Koura to ensure that our future activities in the area are tailored to fit the identified needs.' Mr. Eses added: 'Through our partnership with Johud, we will be able to formulate special programs based on an interactive and well studied approach'.

'The objective is to come up with an effective action plan to enhance Nuqul Group's initiative in Al Koura. Together, we will implement programs that aim to overcome the obstacles faced and contribute in having suitable livelihoods to the target groups through building coordination linkages between the civil society institutions and private sector' commented Ms. Huda Hakki, Director of ZENID.

Nuqul Group's Corporate Social Responsibility involves the adoption of the local society in Al Koura through several activities catering to over 500 individuals. Nuqul Group joins hands with National and Local NGO's to further enhance its role in the area such as Tkiyet Um Ali and JOHUD.
