DTCM participates in Moscow Travel Show

MITT-2008, the largest tourist exhibition in Russia, featured 276 square metre Stand set up by Dubai.

As many as 38 square metre of the stand was double-decked. The stand featuring 40 booths was shared by 58 co-participants from the emirate's booming tourism industry.

Held at the Expo Centre Krasnaya Presnya, the 15th edition of the annual fair provided the DTCM and its co-participants an excellent opportunity to presents their latest leisure and tourism products and offerings to the decision-makers from the Russian and CIS markets.

The DTCM Director Overseas Promotions Mr. Saleh Al Geziry, DTCM , Executive Overseas Promotions, Mr Nayef Ibrahim represented the DTCM Head Office along with the representatives from the DTCM Russian office at the MITT-2008.

Organized by ITE, a leader of Russian exhibition business, MITT is one of the five largest tourist exhibitions worldwide, participated by more than 2700 companies from over 111 countries and regions in 2008.

Russia and the CIS are important source markets for the Dubai tourism industry with year-on-year increase in hotel guests.
