Speaking at the ceremony, Zain Kuwait Sales Director Mr. Naqeeb Amin said the company was keen on honouring distinguished achievers and performers for their outstanding work and dedication.
Amin said the event, which is a reoccurring annual program, was aimed at motivating and recognizing employees in both department for their performance and achievements in customer service and sale of all Zain products and services on offer.
He pointed out that the selection criterion was based on a very high measuring methodology including customer satisfaction, sales results, team work and leadership qualities.
Amin added that such programs help create a healthy competition among Zain family members, encourage employees and help boost their performance, in addition to its role in strengthening relations within Zain family members.

Zain Kuwait Sales Department honoured the top performers in its 'Branches' and 'Corporate Sales' departments during a ceremony held on this occasion at the Marriot Courtyard.
