Vignatelli, Ceo of Fendi Casa accompanies Al Mazaya to a private visit at its Sky Gardens tower at DIFC

Region's leading developer, Al Mazaya Holding, recently received Mr.Vignatelli, CEO of FENDI CASA, and the company's team during their visit to the region, which included a field visit to the site of Al Mazaya's Sky Gardens project at the Dubai International Financial Center.

Mr.Vignatelli was accompanied on his tour of the Sky Gardens project by Eng. Khalid Esbaitah, Executive Manager and CEO of Al Mazaya Holding.

The purpose of the visit was for Mr. Vignatelli to familiarize himself with the design and the general features of the project, enabling the Fendi Casa team to select furniture pieces that will complement each other and harmonize with the concept and spirit of the project.

Esbaitah explained the project and its specifications to Mr. Vignatelli and his team in detail.

Al Mazaya Holding recently awarded FENDI CASA a €50m contract for the procurement and installation of furniture and other interior materials in its state of the art 'Sky Gardens' project.

FENDI CASA will provide furnishing solutions for 16 residential units, varying from studios, two and three bedroom apartments to duplex apartments and penthouses, and will present samples of their furniture line for residents to select from, before fitting out each apartment in the furnishings of the resident's choice.

Mr.Vignatelli expressed his admiration for the project and its state of the art design, saying,

The project offers a revolutionary concept of luxurious modern lifestyle. Having visited the site, we realise that the project is a true architectural icon. Eng. Khalid Esbaitah, Executive Manager and CEO of Al Mazaya Holding thanked Mr.Vignatelli and his team for their visit to Dubai, and expressed his delight at the partnership between the two firms in adding greater value to the project.

The Sky Gardens project is strategically situated at Park Avenue, in the heart of the DIFC, overlooks most the landmarks in Sheikh Zayed Road, such as the Emirates Towers, among others, and is in close proximity to the Dubai International Airport as well as other prime facilities in the heart of Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road.

It is a modern structure, an icon of contemporary, minimalist style, based upon the concept of 'Living Reinvented'.

Adding to the location of the project, Sky Gardens is distinguished by the beauty of its design, where the element of creativity in this project is demonstrated in the building's five suspended gardens, overlooking most of the residential units. This element enhances the aesthetic image of the project both internally and externally.

The project contains 575 residential units varying in size from studios, two and three bedroom apartments to duplex apartments and penthouses.

The project comprises a 43- storey residential tower, covering an area of 5990m˛. The designer of the project hails from one of the world's most prominent architectural bureaus, the London-based Gensler. Supervision of the project is assumed by WS ATKINS, and management by Projacs International.
