$1.5bn JV for Qatar Entertainment City

The Abu Dhabi Investment House and Majid Al Futtaim Group have signed an agreement to build part of Qatar Entertainment City at a total cost of approximately $1.5bn, reported the Peninsula. The agreement calls for the two companies to build over 50% of Qatar Entertainment City, a waterfront development in Lusail consisting of residential, retail and entertainment facilities.
