Trowers & Hamlins appoint new HR Director

Trowers & Hamlins, the City law firm has appointed Paul Robinson as their new Director of Human Resources.

Paul joins from law firm Watson Farley & Williams where he spent the last six years as HR Director. Prior to that Paul was European Head of HR for NYK the Japanese logistics company.

Malcolm Lewis, the former Head of HR for Trowers & Hamlins is moving to Dubai to head up the HR function for the firm's International operations. Trowers & Hamlins has five offices across the Middle East and operates in Saudi Arabia in association with Feras Shawaf Lawyers, and in Turkey in association with Sengular and Sengular.

Trowers & Hamlins has just been ranked 52nd by the Sunday Times in its prestigious Top 100 'Best Companies to Work For 2008'. Additional plaudits were recently heaped on the firm by Vault.com, the world-leading employer information resource, which ranked Trowers & Hamlins number one among UK law firms on its Quality of Life index based on marks awarded by employees.
