Kaizen Developments leads way in international developments

Celestial Heights is comprised of three mixed-use buildings in the heart of the burgeoning Downtown Jebel Ali development. Part of the first phase of the master plan, Celestial Heights is located along the Central Park on Sheikh Zayed Road and will be within easy walking distance from the Central Line of the Dubai Metro Project.

The project consists of one premium grade commercial tower and two residential towers. The location will serve not only the Jebel Ali Free Zone and Port, but will be within easy access to the new Al Maktoum International Airport currently being constructed.

Five projects are currently underway in Istanbul, Turkey and are all located in up-scale neighborhoods. Among these projects is a development that will cater to Istanbul's jet-setting crowd in the fashionable Nisantasi district, and a project in the historic Taksim district with views of the famed Bosphorous Strait, which separates Europe from Asia.
