Ashurst promotes Daniel O'Neill to partnership in Dubai

Daniel joined Ashurst in 2002 and specialises in corporate and projects matters in the oil and gas sector. Daniel's recent projects include advising:

Dana Gas on the development of the Hamriyah gas pipeline project in the United Arab Emirates with the Emirates General Petroleum Corporation;

Daewoo International Corporation, KOGAS, GAIL of India Ltd and ONGC-Videsh Ltd on a Bay of Bengal to China cross-border pipeline gas export project;

Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company on various matters relating to its African and Middle East asset portfolio;

Oil Search Limited on its Middle East and North African asset value enhancement programme;
Reliance Industries Limited on the negotiation of production sharing contracts with the Kurdistan Regional Government;

Royal Bank of Scotland on its borrowing base facility for RAK Petroleum in relation to the development of the West Bukha field in Oman; and
Tullow on its early production system project in Uganda.
