Depa Limited has commenced today its initial public offering of up to 278,906,161 Depa shares (including the Over-Allotment Option) in the form of shares and global depositary receipts. The latest time for subscription orders is around 13th April while offer price and allocations is expected to be on or around 18th April 2008.
