Debbie Baertschi appointed as new Managing Director of Engel & Voelkers Middle East

Debbie Baertschi, a Swiss Citizen and a senior management professional, has gained a wealth of experience in working over 16 years experience for multi-national blue-chip companies. She has a wealth of international experience that she has worked in more than 10 countries on 4 continents, including Switzerland, Germany, Italy, UK, Russia, USA, China and Africa. One of her objectives, is to expand the Engel & Voelkers franchise network in the region.

Prior to her joining Engel & Voelkers, Ms Baertschi worked as Head of Retail Operations with Barclays group, leading 50 branch offices and 435 employees in one of the Africa's upcoming markets. Educated in Switzerland, Baertschi holds a master degree in Economics & Management from the University of Zurich and a diploma as marketing expert.
