Tying in with GIBTM and valid until May 31st 2008, conference and meeting guests can indulge in the 'Pure Arabian Hospitality' package with complimentary leisure activities; such as the exhilarating Desert Safari package incorporating dune bashing and sand skiing. The package comprises of tailored refreshment breaks, a working lunch and hire of a meeting room. In addition, for every 20 rooms booked, based on the best available rate, one complimentary room will be provided.

The Palace Conference Centre offering in excess of 6,000 square metres of space for events and exhibitions, it is one of the largest and most opulent meeting and conference venues in the Middle East and North Africa.

The luxury resort hotel boasts a state-of-the-art auditorium with a seating capacity of 1, 100. It has been the venue of choice for numerous performance events such as the Opera 'Carmen', Puccini's 'Madame Butterfly', Broadway hit musical 'Chicago', Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet ballet and performances by Jose Carreras. The auditorium features a built-in theatrical stage, a cinema quality theatre system with a 35mm film projector, in-house broadcast and editing facilities, simultaneous translation booths, and professional sound systems, thus producing an exceptional audio and visual experience.

Emirates Palace also houses a magnificent ballroom that can accommodate up to 2,400 guests and can be separated into three sections. The ballroom includes a professional video conference system, which is ISDN-based and may multicast a conference call with locations around the world. Customization is possible through the sophisticated lighting facilities that can ingeniously create an enchanting atmosphere, making it the ideal venue for gala dinners, seminars, product launches and exhibitions. Special induction loops are installed within the ballroom for the hearing impaired. The grandiose foyer can hold up to 300 guests and can be used as a separate event space if so required.
