Dubai Silicon Oasis attracts Dhs19bn in investment

A senior official at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority said investment in the authority has reached Dhs19bn ($5.17bn) and its projects will be implemented by 2012. The Dubai government established DSOA to attract investment in the semi-conductor sector and it is expected to support the region's information technology services sector.
