Providing an exceptional venue for high-level meetings, and incentives activities with an edge, the hotel has created two bespoke 'Alpine Meeting' packages that provide delegates with a refreshing new experience of snow and sun, whilst engaging in business.

'Approximately 30 to 35% of guests within the Hotel are connected to the region's growing meetings industry, which is now gaining momentum with the evolution of trade exhibitions such as GIBTM and the Business Travel Show. This demonstrates that our location, impressive facilities and unique conference packages, such as the Alpine Meeting packages, define our place as an attractive location for a large number of corporate meeting and incentive clients,'

said Michael Henssler, General Manager of Kempinski Hotel Mall of Emirates.

Set to be the 'coolest' venue in Dubai, the hotel's recently launched Ski Chalets are an especially elite location for meetings that require impact. The luxurious mountain retreat-style chalets are a sure way to impress high-profile clients, with stunning views of Ski Dubai on one side, and views of the Jumeirah horizon on the other.

The day Ski Chalet Meeting package, kicks off with a one-hour group ski lesson at Ski Dubai followed by the use of a Grand Ski Chalet, with boardroom set-up for up to eight delegates, complimentary breakout rooms and butler service throughout the meeting. In keeping with the Alpine theme, a catered lunch and two refreshment breaks in the chalet lounge, feature classic favourites such as cheese and chocolate fondue, strudels, cured meats and hot chocolate.

For delegates visiting from outside Dubai, the Ski & Meet package is tailor-made for multi-day meetings requiring accommodation. Applicable for between twenty and fifty guests, the package includes use of the conference wing facilities, accommodation in a Grand Deluxe room, complimentary buffet breakfast and lunch at 24 Seven restaurant, two refreshment breaks, as well as a one-hour group ski lesson complete with hot chocolate. Conference organisers can also take advantage of a complimentary room upgrade to a one bedroom Ski Chalet.

Both Alpine Meeting packages benefit from a dedicated Meetings Concierge Executive and Technician, to assist with all requirements throughout the day. In addition, each group receives a team picture on the slope (with company logo on the last day of the meeting), Ski Dubai fleece gloves and beanie hats.

The hotel's Conference Wing features thirteen elegant banquet and conference rooms with a total capacity of up to 470 people, with conveniently located Breakout areas. The ultramodern Business Centre offers exclusive boardrooms adjacent to business suites, for up to eight people, with translation services, international telephone and fax, and a comfortable lounge.

Delegates that wish to take a break from the grind can disappear into the hotel's Health and Leisure facilities. There is also an excellent collection of atmospheric dining and fully licensed venues.

'With its high calibre facilities paired with unique Meetings Packages, Kempinski Hotel Mall of Emirates has positioned itself as a sought after venue for hosting everything from top-level board meetings to group incentives', says Mr. Henssler.
