Dell in talks for JV with Tecom

Dell is in discussions with a Dubai-owned Tecom to establish a joint venture aimed at bolstering its sales in the Middle East, according to a Wall Street Journal report. Chief Executive Michael Dell mentioned the joint venture possibility in comments at a news conference in Dubai, but he did not elaborate on the talks, the Journal said.
