Mr. Khakouei will be the chief liaison with the international investment community and will assist with strategic implementation by the sales and marketing teams. Based in London and Dubai, Mr. Khakouei will also help coordinate legal, accounting, and compliance efforts to list Axial Vector stock on more reputable exchanges in both the United States and Germany.
Mr. Khakouei led the due diligence team for Emirates International Capital Advisory and also is a large investor in AVEC commercialization efforts in his capacity as President of EAST Com LTD, a private British Investment Company. Chairman and CEO Mr. Ahmed Khalifa stated, "We are delighted to have Behzad Khakouei join us at Axial Vector Energy. His global perspective and successful experience make him the ideal person to lead our Strategic Planning Team."
Mr. Khakouei is planning to attend conferences and meetings worldwide to update and introduce Axial Vector to the investment community beginning in the last week of April. Specific details of any speaking engagements and more personnel to assist in the efforts will be forthcoming.
