This unique initiative will be a work-based training program where the apprentice agrees to actively participate in a structured on-the-job training and series of classroom instructions.
Announcing the launch of the program, Mr. Deepak J. Babani, CEO, Eros Group, said:
"The main aim of the program is to provide theoretical and practical learning opportunities to UAE National youth that can help them realize their potential and develop their knowledge, skills and attitude. This Programme would equip and empower them to become the nation builders of the future. We are certain that the Eros Apprenticeship Program will be well accepted among its target group".
The company aims to have a maximum of 20 apprentices in a year.
In addition to the knowledge gained, the apprentice will have a chance to learn from experience and also the opportunity to earn while learning.
The program will set the foundation for a long and rewarding career for UAE National youth.
