Swiss envoy for stronger ties with Dubai

His Excellency Gerhard Bruegger, Consul General of Switzerland, in a meeting with Mr. Khalid A. Bin Sulayem, Director General of Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing conveyed the goodwill gestures of his government.

Mr. Bruegger arrived here early this year to take charge of the Consulate General of Switzerland in Dubai after the departure of HE Consulate General Hans Hauser, who left Dubai in November after completion of his assignment.

During the courtesy call, the Swiss envoy discussed different issues of mutual interest and hoped that the active cooperation between Dubai and Switzerland would help strengthen the already existing friendly ties.

DTCM out of its 15 overseas representative offices, one is in Bern to cater the Swiss and Austrian markets.
