Airlines affected by 787 delay

Airlines have lined up for compensation after Boeing Co said there will be further six months delay for its new 787 Dreamliner plane, reported Reuters. Gulf Air has ordered 16 of the 787s, but said it was unaffected by the delay as it is not due to take delivery until 2016. Other Middle East airlines which have made orders were Qatar Airways, Kuwait Aviation Lease and Finance Co and Dubai Aerospace Enterprise.
