The high-calibre UAE firms who have pledged their support to the event include Arab Media Group (AMG), Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI), and Showtime.
Masoud Amralla Al Ali, Festival Director of GFF, expressed his thanks to the companies for their support: "GFF and all the media partners have their roots in the Middle East and share a similar international goal of aiming globally while retaining local values and traditions. The first edition of the Gulf Film Festival will run from April 13-18, 2008 at the Dubai Community Theatre and Arts Centre at Mall of Emirates.
