Further boost of sales for Kyocera Mita's colour and mono laser copiers is expected this year with the latest alliance between Jacky's Middle East LLC and GCG. This dominant share is a testament of its customers' trust on Kyocera Mita's strong emphasis on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concept based on the ECOSYS platform.
'This partnership is in line with Jacky's Middle East's strategy for this year to focus more on corporate accounts in the UAE markets. Being authorised to sell and service the country's leading copier Kyocera Mita, the company can reach diverse corporate accounts including private sector and government accounts,'
said Walid Amin, General Manager, Office Automation Division, Jacky's Middle East LLC.
'Through this partnership, we will be able to continue to bring our customers the best technology and deliver a superior service for better competitive advantage in the market.'
Kyocera Mita holds the first spot in the mono laser copier market with 23.2% unit share while is number two in the colour laser copier market with 13.1% unit share. Pioneered the cartridge-free technology ECOSYS, the copier uses long-life components and toner as the only consumable. This significantly reduces waste and the cost of consumables. Kyocera Mita users are protecting the environment while they reap the benefits of superior equipment with a very low cost per page and TCO.
'We have always been associated with world class brands like Kyocera Mita and our business is centred on value-added services for our customers. Jacky's Gulf is known for its excellent technical support and after-sales services. With Jacky's Gulf, we hope to reach other areas in the Northern parts of the emirates and help Kyocera Mita maintain its number position in the country's copier market,' said Hakam Abu-Risheh, General Manager, GCG.
In order to provide timely service to customers, Jacky's Middle East continuously trains its service technicians to effectively reduce downtime and improve customer efficiency levels.
Apart from Kyocera Mita, Jacky's Middle East has been working with other leading brands specialising in office and banking automation products including Canon, Olivetti, Magner Currency Counters, EBA high security document shredders, Toshiba projectors and Sharp Fax Machines.
