LG large-screen laptop gives new dimension to entertainment

The S900 boasts the ease of mobility and installation of a laptop, with the level of performance you would expect from a desktop.

Taking home entertainment to a whole new level, the S900 offers low-loss viewing in 16:10 and a viewing angle of up to 160 degrees from left to right, top to bottom. The S900 also comes equipped with a Dolby Home Theatre sound with which you can enjoy virtual 5.1 channel surround sound.

With this latest release, LG Electronics has constructed a laptop line-up that offers everything from a 10.4-inch notebook to large-screen desknote.

"This product was designed to reflect what our research showed were the main needs of stay-at-home moms and singles," explained Mr. K.W. Kim, CEO and President of LG Electronics Middle East and Africa Regional Company. "Built on a foundation of strong performance and portability, this is the perfect product for our target consumer group."

In addition, the unit offers a variety of features created with user convenience in mind. With a dedicated numerical keypad just like a desktop, ports on the side and back to help keep connector cables tidy, and a 1.3 mega-pixel built-in webcam, the array of features speaks for itself.

When the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) is being used, moving the computer in a powered-on state is possible, and even in the event of a sudden power loss, data can be preserved. With the interior of house or office in mind, the computer was given an elegant silver-toned casing.
