Mannai Heavy Equipment fulfills major order from Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture
- Qatar: Sunday, April 13 - 2008 at 10:42
- PRESS RELEASE
Mannai Group's Heavy Equipment Division delivered a large order of JCB construction machinery last month that had been placed by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Agriculture.
The consignment included 12 units of the popular JCB Robot 190 Skid Steers Loader and 8 units of the JCB 3 CX Backhoe Loader.
"JCB is renowned around the world for its superior heavy equipment, and we see exactly why" said a representative of the Ministry. "We have been very impressed with the quality of the equipment as well as with the level of service we have received from Mannai HED, and we would be thrilled to continue doing business with them".
"With Qatar's real estate sector experiencing an unprecedented boom, the demand for these machines is only going to go up in the coming months, and JCB will undoubtedly be one of our preferred suppliers," said a Mannai representative. For its part, JCB has demonstrated an equal interest in establishing a long term relationship with Mannai HED. A delegation from the JCB headquarters in the UK visited Qatar in January this year to meet with Mannai executives and "take the two companies' business relationship to the next level".
Given JCB's expertise in heavy equipment and Mannai HED's local market knowledge of the Qatari construction industry, the two companies complement each other perfectly.
A representative of Mannai HED summed it up best: "Both Mannai HED and JCB share an equal passion for quality, service & excellence and both companies are eagerly looking forward to continuing their collaboration in the months to come. Their combined prowess will undoubtedly make them a force to be reckoned with in Qatar's Heavy Equipment industry".
