CrediMax makes their future managers 'Bullet Proof'

CrediMax, The Kingdoms' pioneering card issuer and acquirer, has once again gone a step further in creating a better future for their own employees.

10 selected Section Heads were enrolled to attend a chain of courses for a whole year which came to an end in March.

The training courses were conducted by Investment in Training and Development, a Bahrain based company that implements course programmes of Crestcom, an international and reputed training program that is based in the United States of America.

The 'Bullet Proof Manager' is a training seminar which is conducted over the course of 12 consecutive months. The participants complete 48 hours of classroom training in 24 skill sets and set 'Personal Action Plans' to apply what they learn.

Mr. Majdi Obaid, CEO of Investment in Training and Development and one of the facilitators of the training programme, commended the dedication of CrediMax employees who attended this specialized course.

He said:

"I have conducted this seminar for many companies here in Bahrain and never have I seen such dedication and want to learn and improve one's skills to be a better manager. I was pleased with the level of interest shown by the attendees, as it is easier to make a point and pass knowledge to people who genuinely want to make a difference to their own lives and contribute to the well being of their organisation".

On the occasion of the certification of the participants as 'Bullet Proof Managers', Mr. Malik, Chief Executive Officer, CrediMax expressed his enthusiasm by saying a few words, "It gives me great pleasure and a sense of being proud every time I get the opportunity to hand over a certificate to one of our own CrediMax family staffs with such an accolade. In the last one year, each one of you have sharpened your existing skills and learnt new ones, which was one of our main aims in enrolling you to this program. This newly gained knowledge will come in handy to each one of you in the near future when you take up higher rank positions within our company and even now in your everyday working lives. By handing over these certificates to you now, I am glad to say that you are all now ' Bullet Proof Managers'.

The 'Bullet Proof Manager' program assists participants in learning 24 management skills and 10 core competencies every manager should posses.

Ability to motivate self and others, managing change, skilful stress management, the various levels of customer service, various strategies of negotiation, importance of coaching & mentoring as a leader, effective communication (listening & speaking), performance management, planning & goal setting, recruitment, hiring and retention are the core competencies that the course teaches the participants.

The course is a mix of live and video instructions where the video faculty consists of some of the worlds most highly respected business authorities.
