Sama Dubai to spotlight in-house training programmes for UAE nationals at Careers UAE 2008

Participating for the second consecutive year in the country's premier recruitment, training and education exhibition, Sama Dubai will provide detailed insights into the human resource development initiatives of each of its large scale projects.

Sama Dubai has recently witnessed a huge spike in its demand for competent professionals following the escalating dimensions of its ventures and its rapidly expanding global footprint.

As part of its concerted effort to invest UAE nationals with industry specific skills, Sama Dubai has introduced 'Developing the Developer' programme, offering opportunities to acquire a real estate diploma from the Dubai Real Estate Institute within a time frame of six months to two years.

In addition, each participant is also accorded a mentor from Sama Dubai offering personal guidance in their relative field of expertise.

Sama Dubai will be featured as part of the Dubai Holding umbrella at Zabeel Hall, Stand number Z-F5. Representatives from Sama Dubai will be on hand to counsel the UAE nationals and advise them on their respective career paths. Inviting resumes, the officials will also conduct walk-in assessments at the venue.
