Mr. Ebrahim Yaqoot, Executive Director Human Resource said DTCM is participating in the Career Fair to attract UAE nationals.
He added that there are 79 % UAE nationals in DTCM in all jobs while the number is 86 % in leading roles within the department. However, he said the efforts were being made to
raise the number to 100 % by 2015.
The number of UAE nationals working in tourism industry in Dubai is 720 and the number of national tour guides is 93.
He hoped that during the Career fair, more UAE nationals would be lured to work in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing believe that the development of the human resource is the major achievement and DTCM always try to attract UAE Nationals to work in tourism sector.
