"As part of the company policy on corporate responsibility we are pleased to donate to such a worthy cause. The 57357 Children's Cancer Hospital is entirely reliant on donations and managed to maintain the highest standards of care and the latest medical equipment. The hospital takes children from all countries and has improved the lives of many children already. STME is very pleased to be able to make this donation and help the hospital to achieve its goal of creating an organization in which all forms of childhood cancer are discovered early enough to be cured or treated," commented Jocelyn Adwani, Deputy CEO of STME, during her visit to the hospital.

The Children's Cancer Hospital Egypt, also known as the 57357 Hospital, was initiated by Dr. Sherif Aboul Naga, an Egyptian Pediatric Oncology Physician who used to work with the National Cancer Institute.

The 57357 Children's Cancer Hospital has followed St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Tennessee, which has set an exceptional standard of care for Pediatric Oncology, whilst relying solely on donations.

The Children's Cancer Hospital Egypt's mission is to achieve a cure and improve the quality of life for all the children diagnosed with cancer from all the different countries.

The STME donation will help the hospital to purchase a Table top Low-Speed Centrifuge that enables the doctors to identify the type of cancer a child has and its protocol by using a blood sample.

STME intends to continue to make ongoing donations to the Children's Cancer Hospital Egypt, as part of its vision to continue to promote charitable and humanitarian activities.
