Tamweel participates in Careers UAE 2008

Tamweel PJSC, the UAE's largest provider of real estate finance, announced that it will participate in "Careers UAE 2008," to be held from April 15-17, 2008, at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Tamweel will join leading firms from sectors such as financial services, education, training and hospitality at this annual three-day event, which provides UAE National students and recent graduates with the opportunity to learn first-hand about a wide range of career development opportunities. "Careers UAE 2008" is open exclusively to UAE Nationals.

"As a responsible corporate citizen and member of the UAE community, Tamweel is committed to recruiting, training and developing UAE Nationals, and offering them important career progression opportunities," said Wasim Saifi, Chief Executive Officer, Tamweel.

"In line with the UAE Government's mandate to gradually nationalise the workforce, Tamweel already employs a significant number of UAE Nationals. By participating in leading events such as 'Careers UAE 2008,' we aim to attain an even higher level of Emiratisation by next year".

"Last year, some 17,000 students, jobseekers and training specialists participated in this key event," said Najwa Al-Rowaished, Head of Human Resources, Tamweel.
