Dubai to study health of students

  • United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, April 16 - 2008 at 08:53

The Dubai government has announced plans to 'study and improve' the general health of youngsters in the emirate. As a first step towards this goal, Knowledge and Human Development Authority and Dubai Health Authority will soon develop a database of children in the emirate's schools and identify particular health issues. Authorities also plan to raise awareness among students on healthy living.
