Masafi, a UAE-based pure mineral water manufacturer, announced that it has registered net revenues of Dhs73m ($19.9m) during the first quarter of 2008, an increase of 35% compared to the Q1 of last year. The company attributed the spurt in the first quarter revenues to the launch of the 4-Gallon water bottle. In the last two years, Masafi was able to double its revenue through the addition of new product lines such as juices, flavored water and the entry in to the Gallon Water Business, the company said.
