BinHendi Enterprises seeks Emirati talent at Careers UAE Exhibition

BinHendi Enterprises is celebrating the third successful year of its comprehensive Emiratisation program, Ajyal, and has set its sights on new milestones ahead of Careers UAE exhibition, taking place between 15-17 April at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Aimed at launching the careers and nurturing the talents of the Emirates' promising youth, the exhibition is a project of the Dubai World Trade Centre in conjunction with TANMIA, Ministry of Labor, Emirates Nationals Development Program (ENDP), Higher Colleges of Technology, Zayed University and UAE University.

"Fully committed to supporting the government's Emiratisation drive, BinHendi launched Ajyal (Arabic word for "generations") at the career fair in 2006 with the intention of highlighting and nurturing the local talent within BinHendi Enterprises and ensuring that strategic positions in the organization are filled. Since then we have sustained consistently high growth within the organization and are dedicated to the on-going success of this program,"


said Mohi-Din BinHendi, President, BinHendi Enterprises.

"Under the Ajyal program, we attract, recruit, train & retain UAE nationals for various positions in the organization. We aim to harness their talent to help drive the continued progress of the company and the growth of the nation. We would like see the next of generation of Emiratis well-placed in the private sector so they can actively take part in advancing the development objectives of the country," said Saif Mohamed Al Reyami, Emiratisation & Recruitment Manager at BinHendi Enterprises.

Al Reyami's post was specifically created to implement the group's Emiratisation drive. "So far, Ajyal has been an inspiring success. We have seen many UAE Nationals develop into fine career professionals, and we are looking forward to reaching out to more potential candidates at this year's Careers UAE, providing them valuable career advice to set them on course towards a bright future".

BinHendi is an active partner of Tanmia and Emirates Academy in developing strategic initiatives to boost the company's Emiratisation drive, and is also in partnership with Bayt.com, monstergulf.com and many other recruitment agencies to receive resumes from UAE nationals immediately after they register with the online recruitment portal.

"We worked on these additional initiatives within our own recruitment programs to ensure we have an updated and expanded database of potential Emirati candidates," ended Al Reyami.
