BinHendi Enterprises seeks Emirati talent at Careers UAE Exhibition

Aimed at launching the careers and nurturing the talents of the Emirates' promising youth, the exhibition is a project of the Dubai World Trade Centre in conjunction with TANMIA, Ministry of Labor, Emirates Nationals Development Program (ENDP), Higher Colleges of Technology, Zayed University and UAE University.

"Fully committed to supporting the government's Emiratisation drive, BinHendi launched Ajyal (Arabic word for "generations") at the career fair in 2006 with the intention of highlighting and nurturing the local talent within BinHendi Enterprises and ensuring that strategic positions in the organization are filled. Since then we have sustained consistently high growth within the organization and are dedicated to the on-going success of this program,"

"Under the Ajyal program, we attract, recruit, train & retain UAE nationals for various positions in the organization. We would like see the next of generation of Emiratis well-placed in the private sector so they can actively take part in advancing the development objectives of the country," said Saif Mohamed Al Reyami, Emiratisation & Recruitment Manager at BinHendi Enterprises.

Al Reyami's post was specifically created to implement the group's Emiratisation drive. "So far, Ajyal has been an inspiring success. BinHendi is an active partner of Tanmia and Emirates Academy in developing strategic initiatives to boost the company's Emiratisation drive, and is also in partnership with Bayt.com, monstergulf.com and many other recruitment agencies to receive resumes from UAE nationals immediately after they register with the online recruitment portal.
