Recruitment drive as Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai nears soft opening

With approximately six months before opening, HR Director Mr Dany Barakat is working around the clock to process applications and source key personnel for the 2,100 luxury suite hotel Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai, as it approaches soft opening date.

Commenting on the recruitment drive, Mr Barakat said 'All nationalities can apply to join Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai, but we are particularly encouraging local Emirati's to consider a career with Bavaria Hotels International. As a growing international chain with a large scale property opening at Dubai Media City in 2008, this is an ideal opportunity for Emirati's to enter the hospitality industry or to further their careers and gain experience in pre-opening, opening and large-scale hotel operations at all levels.'

Bavaria Hotels International will be adding an inventory of 5,400 beds in 2,100 luxury suites to the rapidly expanding hotel suites market in Dubai when Bavaria Executive Suites Dubai is fully operational by early 2009, bringing with it the challenge of employing and training the qualified personnel required to ensure that the high service expectations of Bavaria Hotels International are met.

Comments Mr Barakat 'We are recruiting personnel from around the world, with a focus on attitude rather than merely qualifications, as we can train for specific positions but to teach someone to be friendly, service minded and welcoming is a much greater challenge. We are seeking a wide range of skills from a number of nationalities, including Arabic speakers and multilingual personnel.

We have already held discussions with leading hotel schools in Germany and throughout Europe and will be offering exchange programmes to new graduates, introducing them to international opportunities within a dynamic German organization.'
