The three-day event aims to open doors to promising career opportunities for UAE nationals in public and private sector enterprises.

'TECOM Investments has consistently demonstrated its keenness to support and build a competent resource pool of UAE nationals. As a leading corporate entity in the UAE, we place enormous emphasis on nurturing talented young local graduates and preparing them for senior management roles. Complementing our pace of expansion, we actively seek to integrate a larger number of UAE nationals into all levels of our growing workforce. We believe the Careers UAE exhibition can lead us to high calibre UAE nationals with a drive to impact our future growth and that of the country'.
Reflecting its commitment to the government's Emiratisation drive, TECOM Investments launched 'Mustaqbali', a six-month programme to select promising talent and support the growth of their competencies through practical experience and workplace mentoring.
Nasser Al Awadhi, Executive Director of Human Capital, said: 'Mustaqbali balances vocational training with actual work experience to help candidates directly bring their classroom learning into the work environment. We call on talented UAE nationals, particularly fresh graduates, interested in honing their skills to chart a career path for their future while contributing to the success of our company.
'Careers UAE Exhibition offers aspiring national jobseekers a platform to interact with organizations to obtain a better understanding of the diverse job requirements. The event also provides employers with the opportunity to identify promising candidates who can steadily be groomed to fit any corporate environment through customized training programmes'.
