DM participates in Careers 2008

Dubai Municipality is participating in Careers 2008, the annual career fare, which was inaugurated on Tuesday by the UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The exhibition will continue until 18th April.
He said the Municipality's participation in the exhibition reiterates its commitment to the comprehensive strategic plan, which the Government of Dubai has launched aiming at developing qualified national human resources within the governmental system and enhancing the performance level as well as high quality of service while implementing the programmes of the Municipality.
Abdurrahman said the Municipality offers good opportunities for nationals who wish to submit their CVs during the exhibition as it has entrusted a special team to follow up and study these applications.
"Based on this study, suitable national cadre will be selected and will be given opportunity to join the Municipality as per the standards, specifications and values that will realize the objectives of the strategic development launched by the Government of Dubai," he said.
Abdurrahman said the Municipality has charted out a plan to increase the percentage of nationalization with quality in the administrative and professional fields.
