Zain celebrates the performance of its 'Awael' distributors for Q1, 2008

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Naqeeb Amin, Zain Kuwait Sales Director said the periodical event was; 'an occasion to evaluate the performance of distributors, shed light on the positives and eliminate any obstacles facing them'.
He praised the distributors' qualities, competitiveness and keenness to meet and exceed sales targets which, he added reflected positively on Zain.

Amin underlined that this year's 'Awael' awards was for the first three distributors in terms of general weighting from across all aspects of their commercial performance.

Amin praised the performance of distributors in 2007 in general and the first quarter of 2008, noting that the Company viewed this quarterly event as an occasion to strengthen relations with distributors, and an incentive for even better performance in the future.

The winners, selected from among Zain's 36 accredited distributors in Kuwait, praised Zain's continuous efforts to maintain strong partnerships with distributors, which they agreed benefits the company, distributors and customers alike.

The first quarter winners were: European Telephone, 2000 and Kuwait Star.
