Senior managers and representatives from the Group's portfolio of companies discussed with the young graduates the variety of careers available to them; within a choice of 15 companies across a diversified number of different industries, including real estate, communication, travel and automotive.

'At Al Rostamani we remain firmly committed to the young people of the UAE and giving them the best start for their future. The UAE Careers Fair is one forum that enables us to reach out to young and talented people of all graduate disciplines, while presenting to them the unique benefits, challenges, and rewards that a career with us can bring both to their lives and to the development and future growth of their local community,'

commented Marwan Al Rostamani, Chairman of the Group.

The Group remains focussed on building its Emirati staff base. Last February, following an agreement with Tanmia, the Group enrolled 25 young UAE national candidates as management trainees in an extensive training programme, which will last for 5 months and after which, will see the young candidates employed as permanent staff throughout the Group.

Furthermore, and in response to the continuous development of the Group's human capital, the HR Department set up the 'Motivation Unit'.

The internal Motivation Unit offers in-house and outside training, and other career development opportunities, to the Group's entire employee base.
