Excavation and piling works have already been completed at Jumana Tower (16B) in Porto Arabia and works in the main contract have reached ground level.
The project is planned to be delivered towards the fourth quarter of next year and will be differentiated from others by its unique finishes , quality fit out and special services that the tenants will enjoy once the building is in operation .
Salam Bounian is a private shareholding company incorporated in July 2006 as a Real Estate investment and development company with a capital amounting to QR500mn.
Most of its shareholders are Qatari businessmen.
The company develops commercial, residential, industrial and touristic developments.
