Acer, the world's third largest IT vendor and Dubai Quality Award winner, is focusing on its empowering technology, which provides a simple-to-use interface and versatile configuration to help increase the efficiency of its range of products.
Empowering technology streamlines access to frequently used functions and settings. The objective is to increase productivity, with features like an Empowering Key that launches an intuitive 1-2-3 process to make common tasks easier.
"Acer has always been at the forefront of supporting the latest technologies aimed at enhancing customer experiences and we are constantly trying to break the barrier between people and technology," said Mark Prosser, Product Marketing Manager, Mobility Products, Acer Computer.
"The Middle East is increasingly becoming tech-savvy and our empowering technology is proof that Acer truly believes in caring through innovation."
The Empowering key can be found either on the keyboard of Acer personal computer systems, or on the remote control of Acer IT products that support Empowering Technology.
The Empowering Key is easily recognizable, symbolized by a stylized "e" in Acer green, silver, or grey. Alternatively, it can also be accessed by double-clicking the Empowering Technology "e logo" icon on the Windows desktop.
