- United Arab Emirates: Monday, April 21 - 2008 at 13:17
- PRESS RELEASE
Emirates Motor Company (EMC) for commercial vehicles in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, and a member of Al Fahim Group, has introduced the Sprinter Van 324, the first van from Germany with petrol engine in the region, as the most-equipped, safest and most powerful van to be utilized as a fully operational ambulance vehicle.
The Sprinter 324 is also equipped with a new-generation Electronic Stability Program (ESP) known as ADAPTIVE ESP, which is a system able to determine usual parameters, mass and centre of gravity.
These functions, along with others, allow the system to intervene with greater sensitivity and precision in critical situations. It acquires a wheel base more than 3.6m, a high roof and 258 horsepower.
"With such meticulous design and advanced technology, the new Sprinter 324 is ideal for ambulance vehicles needing to carry patients, a suit of doctors and nurses and medical equipment. Additionally, it makes traveling and maneuvering in life-threatening circumstances safer and smoother," continued Mr. Monzer.
Therefore, EMC has associated the new Sprinter 324 with the safety measures assimilated in every ambulance vehicle.
EMC, carrying the same values as its parent company, Al Fahim Group, continually searches for opportunities pertaining to safety while integrating state-of-the-art technology to better serve the public.
