- PRESS RELEASE
BinHendi Enterprises capped its successful participation at the recently concluded Careers UAE expo with the launch of a new initiative aimed at providing rewarding opportunities for Emirati students.
Qualified students can choose the timings that fit their university schedule, as well as the department in which they think they will be best trained and utilized, thus giving participants the flexibility they need to juggle studies and their budding professional career. "Students are allowed to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, not to exceed 30 and depending on their schedule, they can work 4 days a week or 6 days to complete the required number of hours," BinHendi added.
In addition to the flexible timings, students will have a wide range of industries and departments to choose from, thanks to BinHendi's impressive portfolio of businesses, many of which have market-leading shares. Among these include, BinHendi HQ, Fashion and Jewellery, Hospitality F&B, City 7 TV, Alpha Properties and Interior Design, among others.
This early, a huge number of students have already applied to the program in addition to three of the country's biggest educational institutions - Higher Colleges of Technology in Sharjah and Dubai, as well as Zayed University - expressing their interest in introducing the program to their students.
"The feedback has truly been overwhelming, suggesting that the program is now playing and in the future will play a strategic role in further enhancing the government's Emiratisation initiative. Now, as in the past, and in the years to come, BinHendi will be at the forefront of providing Emiratis rewarding and fulfilling career and training opportunities at a world-class organization," continued BinHendi.
Alongside this new initiative, BinHendi celebrated the third year of its highly successful Ajyal (Arabic word for "generations") program, which strategically prepares Emiratis for key positions in within the BinHendi organization.
Through these programs, BinHendi Enterprises has become one of the staunchest supporters and implementers of the government's Emiratisation drive.
BinHendi is an active partner of Tanmia and Emirates Academy in developing strategic initiatives to boost the company's Emiratisation drive, and is also in partnership with Bayt.com, monstergulf.com and many other recruitment agencies to receive resumes from UAE nationals immediately after they register with the online recruitment portal.
